Experience- Having bought and sold multiple properties in Madison over the last 25 years, I have lived through several real estate cycles.   My wife and I have renovated two homes, been a landlord of a single family home and a multi-unit property here in town.  We have recently downsized homes and I can offer advice in this area as well. 

Volunteer- I feel that it is important to give back to the town that I grew up in.  For this reason, I have volunteered as a Little League coach for over ten years and as a Football coach for 15 years.  I have served on the Board of Directors for the Madison Coop Nursery School and the Madison Historical Society. I have raised money for the Community House Renovation, the Madison High School turf field and various other causes here in town.  I am “all in” when it comes to this town.

 Dear Mr. Bruen:

 Unfortunately, my mother passed away in December of 2014, which left my husband and me with my Dad and my childhood home. My dad could not live by himself so we were forced to put the house on the market. A very good friend recommended Scott Spelker. We knew immediately he was the guy for us. My parents had 40 years of marriage, work, and child rearing stored in this house. Needless to say A LOT of work needed to be done before the house could even be listed.
