Experience- Having bought and sold multiple properties in Madison over the last 25 years, I have lived through several real estate cycles. My wife and I have renovated two homes, been a landlord of a single family home and a multi-unit property here in town. We have recently downsized homes and I can offer advice in this area as well.

Volunteer- I feel that it is important to give back to the town that I grew up in. For this reason, I have volunteered as a Little League coach for over ten years and as a Football coach for 15 years. Unfortunately, my mother passed away in December of 2014, which left my husband and me with my Dad and my childhood home. My dad could not live by himself so we were forced to put the house on the market. A very good friend recommended Scott Spelker. We knew immediately he was the guy for us.
